Movement calibration

Shipping Instructions
Under normal circumstances, the products will be shipped every other day, except for special products that are out of stock.

Every day, our team’s quality inspectors will carefully check the case, strap, and movement of the watches that arrive from the factory.

When the goods are shipped, we will notify the express delivery slip, and if time permits, we will also take pictures of the instrument inspection

If there are no special circumstances, we will default to helping customers adjust the movement before shipping

First of all, let me explain a misunderstanding: the more accurate the time is, the better the movement is.

Each movement is designed with a fine-tuning device. You can open the back cover and use a small tool to turn it left and right. It is not a high-tech technique

The watch has been adjusted by the master before it leaves the factory. We will check it again before shipping after we receive it

For daily errors greater than 30 seconds, we open the cover and adjust it to about 10 seconds.
Some of them are indeed greater than 30 seconds, and many are about 10 seconds.

But don’t think that our movement is not good when you receive more than 20 seconds.

Mechanical watches will definitely have errors.

Don’t pursue accuracy too much. Quartz watches and electronic watches are accurate. A 10-yuan electronic watch is accurate to one second.

Mechanical watches bring taste.

Let’s briefly talk about how to evaluate the quality of a movement and whether it is normal.
A movement mainly depends on its beat and swing. It is necessary to wind the spring to more than 20 turns to measure the normal value.
The top replica watch manufacturers will use the best domestic movement at present. Don’t always ask why this watch doesn’t use that machine. The watch factory masters are very professional and must have considered performance and cost performance at the same time.
In short, we will use instruments to accurately adjust it for you to ensure that the watch is used normally after receiving it, reduce the chance of after-sales, and make your watch flawless when you receive it.

How much error is considered qualified for a mechanical watch? You can refer to Sogou Encyclopedia:

Through the above link, we can understand that in the current industry standards for mechanical watches in my country, it is stipulated that the daily error of -60 seconds to +105 seconds is qualified, and 30 seconds to +45 seconds is considered a superior product, but such an error is really a bit large! Compared with the industry standards of domestic movements, the standards of Japanese movements (within 35 seconds of daily error) and Swiss movements (within 30 seconds of daily error) are much higher. Although such standards meet the requirements of genuine watches such as Citizen, Seiko, Tissot, and Mido, they are far lower than the Swiss Observatory standards (3-5 seconds of daily error) implemented by genuine mid-to-high-end watch brands such as Omega, Tudor, and Rolex. Then we have to reach or approach this standard by correcting the movement. Only such a watch can meet the requirements of watch enthusiasts!

For most business players, the most concerned thing is the size of the watch error. It is generally believed that the Swiss movement must have a smaller error than the domestic movement. In fact, this is wrong! Why? Because there are many factors that affect the size of the movement error, the most important of which is the stability of the movement and debugging correction.

First of all, let us introduce what is movement stability. The so-called stability refers to the size of the error fluctuation range of the watch over a period of time. The smaller the fluctuation, the more stable it is, and vice versa, the more unstable it is. The more stable the movement, the better. For example, a watch has an error of about 2 minutes every day. Although the error of this movement is large, it is very stable. On the contrary, if a watch has an error of 10 seconds on the first day, 30 seconds on the second day, and 20 seconds on the third day, although the error is relatively small, the movement is not very stable. Many friends may ask, “What are the benefits of a stable movement?” Here I will tell you that when we usually correct the movement error, the error of a stable movement can be corrected to a relatively small range. That is to say, even if the movement error is large at the beginning, it doesn’t matter. As long as the movement is very stable, it can be corrected to a very small error, even to the observatory movement standard; on the contrary, an unstable movement, no matter how you correct it, it is useless, even if the error you corrected at that time is almost 0, because it will change again in a while, and you can’t find that relatively small range over and over again. So when you find that your movement error is large, don’t worry, first see if it is stable? If it is stable, it can be saved. If it is unstable, then change a movement!

Currently, most watches in our store support astronomical observatory standard correction. Below are pictures of the correction errors of customers’ watches.
